How to make:

  1. 400g Brownie Mix
  2. 4 large eggs (or 5tbsp Chia Seeds + 15tbsp water for Egg Free recipe)
  3. 200g butter (or dairy-free spread )
  4. 5ml vanilla essence
  1. (EF/DF/Vegan recipe only) In a food processor or pestle & mortar, grind the Chia Seeds until fine or use milled chia seeds. Mix in a bowl with the water and leave to sit for 5 mins, or until gloopy.
  2. Preheat oven to 150 C/300 F
  3. Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl and beat together until smooth (start off slowly so the flour doesn’t go everywhere!).
  4. Line a brownie/baking tin with grease-proof paper and carefully spoon the mix into it.
  5. Bake between 20-25 mins then remover and put in the fridge to enjoy later.
