We ship all items within the USA via USPS or UPS at our discretion. We can usually ship to post office boxes and rural addresses, but in some cases we may require a street address. We will provide you with the tracking information that the shipper provides us. We choose the carrier and method based on several factors including cost and shipping time to your specific location.
IMPORTANT: Please note that we cannot guarantee shipping dates or time, as there are several factors beyond our control. However, we will do our best to get your items to you as quickly as possible.
We are NOT responsible for shipping to the incorrect addresses when the wrong information has been provided by the customer. We will make every attempt to correct the information beforehand if we detect a problem.
If an item is returned due to a customer mistake and the customer chooses to have the order reshipped, shipping will be charged again and the customer will be responsible for paying it. If the customer chooses not to have the order reshipped, shipping will not be refunded and in the case of a free shipping order the cost of shipping will be deducted before the refund is issued. We try to reuse boxes and packing materials and send things out in the speediest, yet most economical way possible.
Warm Weather ShippingWe recommend choosing warm weather shipping option if you are ordering products during the summer months or live in warm climates to ensure that your products arrive in perfect condition. We charge a flat $9.99 fee for our warm weather shipping option. This includes:
- Shipping your product in a cold pack cooler
- Shipping with reusable ice packs
- Expedited 2 day delivery with tracking code
- Be home for delivery!
