Directions: 1. Prep: Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly spray or grease pans (or paper liners for cupcakes). 2. Mix: Combine 3 eggs, 2/3 cup oil, and 2 cups water. Add to cake mix and blend. 3. Bake: Bake for approximately 26-33 minutes in two 9 inch round pans.
